I Don't Know!

  • 3.   Do you have a fair idea of what everyone else in your life likes or doesn’t like; needs or doesn’t need; values or doesn’t value; is or isn’t passionate about, but absolutely no clue how to fill in any of these ‘blanks’ for YOU?

In the intricate tapestry of relationships that make up my life, I've become adept at deciphering the likes, dislikes, needs, values, and passions of those around me. From my partner's favourite meal and my children's aspirations to each and every one of my friend’s latest trials and tribulations, I've committed these details to very being, weaving them into the fabric of my every-day interactions. Amidst this intricate web of knowledge, there exists a glaring void… a complete lack of understanding when it comes to filling in the above ‘blanks’ for myself.

Any journey of self-discovery often feels like stumbling through a dense fog, groping blindly for fragments of identity amidst the shadows. While I possess a wealth of knowledge about the preferences and desires of others, my own sense of ‘self’ remains elusive, shrouded in uncertainty and ambiguity.

It's a paradoxical predicament… the ability to discern the intricate nuances of those around me, yet faltering when it comes to articulating my own wants and needs. I find myself adrift in a sea of uncertainty, struggling to decipher the enigma of my own identity.

In the relentless pursuit of caretaking and nurturing others, I've inadvertently neglected the most important person of all, me. Somewhere along the way, I lost sight of my own passions, my own desires, my own sense of purpose. I became so accustomed to prioritising the needs of others that I neglected to cultivate a deeper understanding of myself.

Amidst the confusion and uncertainty, there’s the realization that self-discovery is a journey, not a destination. It's a process of peeling back the layers of societal expectations and external influences to uncover the essence of who I truly am.

If you’re a woman who finds herself lost in the shadows of self-doubt and uncertainty, you are not alone. The journey of self-discovery may be fraught with challenges and obstacles, but it is also imbued with the potential for growth and transformation. Take the time to explore your own desires, passions, and values. Allow yourself the space to cultivate a deeper understanding of who you are and what brings you joy. And remember, the most beautiful discovery you can make is the realisation that the power to define yourself lies within you.

I have access to an amazing new tool, developed by my business partner, David McCoy, called AumoniX.

Enlisting the power of specific, coordinated sound frequencies, it’s the quickest, most effective, and permanent way of helping the brain to create new neural pathways.
