  • 9.  Are you constantly tired, feeling hurried, scattered, and disorganised?

In the whirlwind of middle age, I find myself caught in a relentless storm of exhaustion, perpetually buffeted by the winds of weariness and the torrential downpour of responsibilities. Each day unfolds like a frenzied race against time, as I struggle to keep pace with the ceaseless demands of work, family, and personal obligations. Despite my best efforts, I find myself constantly tired, feeling hurried, scattered, and disorganized.

The weight of weariness settles upon my shoulders heavily, dragging me down into a quagmire of fatigue and lethargy. Simple tasks that once required little effort now require monumental effort, as I navigate the fog of exhaustion that clouds my thoughts and saps my energy. Each day becomes a battle against the relentless tide of weariness, leaving me feeling depleted and overwhelmed.

I am not alone in my struggle, and that there are steps I can take to reclaim a sense of balance and vitality in my life. By prioritising self-care and setting strong boundaries around my time and energy, I can begin to carve out moments of respite amidst the chaos of daily life.

One of the most important steps I can take in combating fatigue and disorganization is to prioritise rest and relaxation, a self-care practise that allows me the time and space to recharge my body and mind. Whether it's through meditation, yoga, or simply taking a few moments to breathe deeply and centre myself, I can begin to cultivate a greater sense of calm and clarity amidst the storm of busyness.

Seeking support from loved ones, friends, a coach, or mental health professional can also provide invaluable insights and perspectives that can help me navigate the complexities of my day with greater ease and resilience. By sharing my struggles and vulnerabilities with others, I can begin to lighten the burden of weariness and rediscover a sense of purpose and direction in my life. There is, of course, my new ‘secret weapon’, my daily listening practice, called AumoniX. Listening for 30 minutes each night and 15 every morning has changed my life completely, for the better.

To all women who find themselves constantly tired, feeling hurried, scattered, and disorganized, please know that by embracing the inherent imperfections of life and nurturing ourselves with compassion and care, we can begin to navigate the complexities of this day and age with grace and resilience, finding solace in the promise of a brighter tomorrow.

I have access to an amazing new tool, developed by my business partner, David McCoy, called AumoniX.

Enlisting the power of specific, coordinated sound frequencies, it’s the quickest, most effective, and permanent way of helping the brain to create new neural pathways. If this resonates with you and you don’t know how to begin, call me, Vicki, on 0423 314 121 for a complimentary 15-minute chat.
